Mars Gala Spring 2026

Lauren asked me to create several pieces for the Mars Gala auction this year — a red-carpet, very elegant affair. I couldn’t attend because I was exhibiting at Art in Bloom in Richmond Hill at the same time, but one of my paintings was sold in the live auction for $5,000. The mayor texted me, city council members called, and I was thrilled that my work was so well received. I believe the piece is now displayed at Newington Bank in Springfield. The image below is the one that sold. I hope everyone loves their new artworks — I’m disappointed I missed the excitement of the bidding, but I’m so grateful for the support.
